Russell Reynolds Associates, an international executive recruitment and assessment consulting firm, announces the arrival of
Marie-Osmonde Le Roy de Lanauze-Molines as Managing Director in the Paris office.
With more than 20 years of experience in the field of leadership consulting and supporting General Management, Marie-Osmonde Le Roy de Lanauze-Molines joins the Board and CEO Advisory and Leadership and Succession practices.
Over the years, Marie-Osmonde Le Roy de Lanauze-Molines has worked alongside CEOs, to support them in the deployment of their strategy through the development of talent, leadership and corporate culture.
Previously, she was a senior client partner in the CEO and Board practice of an international talent and management consultancy. She has extensive experience in the evaluation of leadership and supporting CEOs and Executive Committees, particularly in the consumer, automotive, pharmaceutical and aerospace and defense sectors in Europe.
Previously, she was a principal at Accenture, responsible for leadership and organization consulting in the aerospace and defense sector in France.
Marie-Osmonde Le Roy de Lanauze-Molinesis a graduate of ESC Business School and an MBA from Huddersfield University in the United Kingdom. She is also a coach by HEC Paris and is fluent in French and English.
