Russell Reynolds Associates Supports ERT Initiative on Gender Diversity in the Boardroom Covers ERT Board Initiatives

The Financial Times recently provided coverage of the European Round Table of Industrialists (ERT) new initiatives to increase gender equality at the board and senior executive level. The ERT has already signed up thirty one organizations, who are committing to increase percentages of female workers under set timetables.

Russell Reynolds Associates is also working with the ERT members to identify talented women in business that can be considered for board roles across the EU. With continued concerns of talent shortage at the top, this initiative works to deepen the talent pool of female executives and allow organizations to proactively diversify their leadership teams without the need for imposed quotas.
