Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Ryosuke Takai

Takai came to Russell Reynolds Associates from IBM Japan, where he led and managed a variety of digital transformation and cloud application deployment projects for telecom-media, consumer products, retail and public sector clients in their business services and business development divisions. Earlier, he was with DHL Japan, leading sales organization reform and enhancement as well as logistics solutions and product launches. Prior to that, Takai was a consultant at Arthur D. Little, and he began his career with Marubeni Corporation.
Takai received both his bachelor’s and his master’s degrees in engineering from Tokyo University. He speaks Japanese and English.
