Global executive search and leadership advisory firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced Tuesday that it would open its first Florida office in Miami.

Russell Reynolds does not have a global headquarters, but its CEO sits in its New York office and with the Miami outpost, the firm has 47 offices across the world. The company works with public, private and nonprofit corporations across all industries and regions to assess, recruit and help in succession planning for C-suite and other key roles.

The Miami office is positioned to continue to help expand the firm’s operations, as well as act as a bridge between Russell Reynolds' North and Latin American locations.

Nada Usina, leader of the firm’s technology practice in the Americas and the sorts practice globally will lead the new outpost as office manage as well as a small team of consultants and support staff. Usina is a graduate of Florida State University.

"There will be three consultants to start and a small handful of support staff,” Usina said. The team is currently up and running in the Miami area, and will move into an permanent space at a later date, she added.
