Caroline Raggett leads the firm's Corporate Officers Practice in Asia Pacific and is an active member of the region's Board Practice. She also leads the firm’s diversity initiative in Hong Kong. Caroline has served clients across three continents at pivotal moments in their evolution, such as IPO and chairman succession. Caroline specializes in board composition and effectiveness, leadership and succession planning and the appointment of independent non-executive directors, CFOs and CHROs. Caroline's projects are usually global in nature, and she has built strong interregional networks in order to deliver the best talent and advice to her clients. Recent projects have focused on promoting executive and non-executive Chinese talent for companies listed both in Asia and around the world. Caroline is based in Hong Kong.

Caroline is a founding signatory of the Hong Kong 30% Club's Voluntary Code of Conduct, which was launched in March 2013. She is also an active participant in The Women's Foundation.
Recent Client Experience
Recent projects include: managing succession planning for the chairmanship of a Hang Seng 50 Board; conducting the search for an Asian chair of a private-equity backed European consumer goods company; building the board of a Chinese company from scratch prior to its IPO in New York; guiding several FTSE companies through the appointment of an Asian board director; supporting the IPO of a European luxury goods company in Hong Kong; leading numerous searches for CxOs, including CFO and CHRO.
Caroline joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2004. She began her career with Datamonitor plc.
Caroline received her M.A. in Japanese Studies from St. Catharine's College, Cambridge.
