Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Wolfgang served as Partner and Managing Director for the Boston Consulting Group in their Digital Transformation Practice. Prior to that, he was Partner for the Strategic Information Technology and Operations practice at Oliver Wyman. Earlier in his career, Wolfgang held various leadership roles for McKinsey & Co., Kabel Baden-Wuerttemberg and Accenture.
Wolfgang holds a BS in mathematics from the University of Bayreuth, and a BS and MS in computer science from the Technical University in Munich, both in Germany. He speaks fluent German.
