Scott Miner

Scott Miner concentrates on senior executive and partner searches for clients across leading industries. Based in Washington D.C., Scott is a member of the Business and Professional Services Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. His work spans a wide range of industries, including management and strategy consulting, IT and systems integration professional services, and audit and tax services, among others.

Before joining Russell Reynolds, Scott operated Ascend Executive Search, a company he founded in Washington D.C. He previously worked at two major executive consulting firms. Before entering executive search, Scott worked in the telecommunications and software industries, most notably with AT&T and CGI. He held general management, marketing, product management and consulting roles for successful start-up divisions as well as mature businesses with revenues exceeding $5 billion.
