Maneesh Dube

Maneesh Dube is a senior member of the Technology and Digital Services Practices at Russell Reynolds Associates and helps companies build transformative technology leadership across a range of sectors and with focus on Healthcare and Financial Services. He works with both large and small enterprises, especially those witnessing rapid growth and going through technology-led transformation. Maneesh leverages his expertise in hiring for roles that specialize in new and emerging technologies in their fields. His mission is to elevate the role of technology in boards and C-suites to drive competitive differentiation. He is based in New York. Maneesh has led several leadership searches in the technology, digital and innovation functions. Recent searches include CIOs, CTOs, and chief digital officers across sectors. He has also led searches for architecture, engineering, cloud, agile, devops, data analytics and other functional roles for tech organizations.  Maneesh has over two decades of management consulting and corporate experience in the US and India.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, he was with the Boston Consulting Group in New York as a member of the technology practices. Before that, Maneesh spent a decade with IBM in Asia Pacific and in the US, where his roles included leading large outsourcing deals and multi-geography shared service delivery. He has also worked for i2 Technologies and Citibank.
