Masahiro Kishida

Masahiro Kishida leverages his strong management consulting background to effectively partner with Japanese and multinational clients on their most pressing leadership challenges. Masahiro leads the Tokyo office for Russell Reynolds Associates. He is a member of the Board & CEO Advisory Partners Practice as well as the Private Equity Practice and excels at working with leadership teams and boards to install long-term solutions that spur growth.

Masahiro previously led the Japan office of AT Kearney and was a member of the firm’s board of directors. In that role, he advised influential Japanese companies on corporate strategy, leadership development and M&A transformation. Earlier in his career, Masahiro was a partner at Booz Allen Hamilton / Booz & Company, where he led the firm’s Japan business. He started his career at Parco, a shopping mall developer, where he led marketing activities in Japan and town revitalization projects in Southeast Asia. He also worked at The Japan Research Institute as a business consultant.
