Based in Shanghai, he brings over 20 years of consulting experience in strategy implementation and human resource management. He has successfully led clients through strategy clarification, strategy decoding, corporate parenting, operating model design, organizational transformation, top team effectiveness, leadership development, talent assessment, talent engineering, leadership competency modeling, cultural transformation, and more.

Huxley brings a wealth of experience having served as Greater China Consulting President and China Vice Chairman in previous roles.
