A trusted advisor in inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (IDEA), Cory has worked with Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations to explore organizational infrastructure and its impact on the psychology of people and systems. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, he was a director of consulting and strategy for Cook Ross’ inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility area of practice. In that role he served as an active member of the senior leadership team developing strategy influenced by marketplace trends. Before that, he worked at Deloitte in the human capital practice. Cory began his career in psychology, serving as a licensed psychotherapist and psychosocial care manager in Los Angeles for more than 10 years.
