The Valor Econômico article, "Research shows desire for hiring in 2021," quoted Russell Reynolds Associates Consultants Tatyana de Freitas and Mariane Montana on the kinds of leaders Brazilian companies will be looking to hire. The article is excerpted below.

Sixty percent of companies plan to hire in the coming months. That is what a survey by consulting firm PwC Brasil indicates, obtained exclusively by Valor. The survey covered 62 Brazilian companies from 16 sectors between October 2020 and March 2021.
