Zack Deming

Zack Deming is a senior member of the firm’s global Industrial and Natural Resources Sector, where he specializes in the Aviation and Transportation & Logistics Practices. With more than a decade of executive search experience and a deep understanding of the aviation and transportation industries, Zack is a trusted client advisor, bringing market-leading insights and a unique perspective on infrastructure redevelopment in North America. He has conducted executive and non-executive searches for a broad range of clients across the airline, aerospace and airport sectors, as well as clients in third-party logistics, trucking, e-commerce/final mile and broader industrial services. Zack is based in Atlanta.

Previous Experience

Zack joined Russell Reynolds Associates after more than seven years at another leading global executive search firm, where he most recently held the role of Senior Client Partner in the Civil Aviation Practice. In this role, he provided executive search and talent management services to clients across the aviation, logistics, distribution and logistics markets. Previously, Zack was with another global executive search firm. He began his career working as a Staff Assistant in the US House of Representative before spending time in financial services.

Education & Affiliations

Zack holds a BBA in finance from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences and serves as an Advisory Board member for several transportation and logistics startups, as well as the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
