Valerie is a member of the firm’s Industrial and Natural Resources Sector. She advises clients in supply chain positions, with a focus on the aerospace, automotive, and process industries. Valerie is based in Paris.
Prior to joining the firm, Valerie served as Director of Strategy and Business Planning in the Aerospace and Transportation business unit at Constellium (formerly Rio Tinto Alcan), a global aluminum manufacturer. As a member of the business unit’s management team, she led key operational strategy projects, including a three-year turnaround plan for a major unprofitable plant in North America, supply chain transformation projects and strategic five-year plans. She also spent eight years with strategy consulting firm Monitor Group where she held roles as Senior Project Manager, Head of Recruiting for the Paris office and Project Consultant. While there, she worked on growth and marketing strategy projects in Europe and the U.S. in several sectors, including mining, consumer goods, transportation/shipping and biotech/pharmaceutical. She was also involved in several national development strategy projects, mainly in Africa/MENA, including Morocco, Libya and Zimbabwe.
Valerie received a degree from HEC School of Management in Paris.
