Trishna Patel is a member of the firm's global Leadership and Succession Practice. She assesses high-potential executive talent, with a particular focus on CEO succession planning engagements across industries and geographies. Trishna specializes in senior team performance in order to accelerate the teams’ development and increase their leadership impact. She advises her clients on C-Suite succession, talent strategy, cultural integration and board effectiveness. Trishna is passionate about helping her clients build talent pipelines that are future fit. She is based in Atlanta.
Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Trishna worked for the Department of Defense US Army Research Institute, focusing on analytics to evaluate and enhance officer training programs. In her role, she conducted behavioral science research focused on developing cognitive and interpersonal skills, identifying skill gaps, and utilizing research findings to support programmatic change. Trishna has also held numerous research positions in academic fields of leadership assessment, selection and training.
EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS
Trishna received her BS in psychology from the University of Georgia and her MS and PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from Auburn University in Alabama. She speaks fluent English, Gujarati and Hindi.
