Tatyana Araujo de Freitas advises clients in the firm's Technology Sector. She is based in São Paulo.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Tatyana was with Agilium Worldwide, where she led executive search projects for a wide range of local Brazilian clients in the industrial, consumer goods, medical devices, and financial services markets. Previously, she was a Senior Associate at a global search company, where she led searches for consumer goods and life sciences companies. Earlier, as an Executive Director with Interbrand, she managed projects for brand valuation and brand strategy within the financial, oil and gas, consumer goods and retail markets in Latin America and Europe. Before that, Tatyana was a Brand Manager with General Electric, responsible for managing new product development, product launches and market feasibility analysis. Tatyana began her career in sales with Procter & Gamble.
Tatyana received her B.S. in chemical engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo and her Post Graduation in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Tatyana is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
