Olivier Boulard is a member of the firm's Leadership and Succession Sector. He works mainly with European clients on CEO succession, leadership transformation and executive team effectiveness projects. Making the link between business strategy, organization model and leadership bench, he regularly helps companies select and grow talent suited to successfully deliver results despite an ever-changing environment. Working across industries, he regularly provides guidance to boards and chief executive officers about how to build accurate leadership teams and mitigate the risk of leadership failure.
Prior to joining the firm, Olivier spent five years in the leadership advisory industry, most recently as a regional managing partner for leadership consulting in a global search firm. Earlier, he was a partner at Oliver Wyman Delta, where he focused on organization transformation and leadership impact. He has an extended experience in supporting leaders and their team in leading transformation in the context of post-merger integrations or corporate restructures. Before that, he was a manager at A.T. Kearney where he led significant organization development and business strategy consulting. Olivier began his earlier career at Théâtre du Châtelet, the City of Paris opera house, before creating LVH Productions, a company producing aquatic circus shows.
Olivier is graduated from HEC Business School and holds a post-graduate degree from the Université Paris Dauphine in Arts Administration. He is extensively trained with coaching techniques, is certified with Hogan and MBTI tools, and is a Neuro-Cognitive Certified Practitioner.
