Based in Sydney, Nat Stapleton is a member of the firm’s Financial Sector. He works closely with clients across retail and wholesale banking, asset management, insurance and real estate to recruit top talent for senior leadership roles. Nat’s broad regional experience provides comprehensive insight and tailored advisory services to his local and international client base.

Previous Experience

Nat joined Russell Reynolds Associates from another leading global executive search firm, where he was a Senior Associate based in Singapore. During his tenure, he recruited senior-level roles for their Global Financial Markets practice across the region. Previously, Nat worked in the financial services and real estate practices for a boutique search firm, which was later acquired by a larger, US-based company. He began his career as a Research Associate for a well-known international search firm, and was based in Sydney.

Education

Nat holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) from Macquarie University.
