Mindy Kairey advises clients across a range of areas within the firm’s Healthcare Sector. She has worked with clients across the industry, including major health plans, providers, specialty services, academic medical centers and associations. As a business strategist and senior leader in the healthcare market, Mindy has more than 20 years of experience providing her deep expertise and a strong network of colleagues. She is based in Chicago.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Mindy was a Business Advisor for MSK Ventures, where she counseled private equity firms, new business ventures and traditional healthcare corporations. Previously, Mindy spent seven years as a Partner in the Health and Life Sciences Practice at Oliver Wyman, a management consulting firm. Earlier, Mindy spent 14 years with Hewitt Associates, ending her tenure as Global Practice Leader, Health and Welfare Outsourcing. During that time, she led a $1B business providing enrollment and eligibility management services for Fortune 1000 companies. Mindy began her career as a National Fellow for Healthcare Leadership, where she worked with the CEO of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association and in the strategy department of a community hospital.
Mindy received her BSc from Pennsylvania State University, and her MSc in gerontology and MSc in public health from the University of Southern California. She is a member of the Midwest Board of the US Fund for UNICEF.
