Melissa Landry is a member of the firm’s global Financial Services team. She is a trusted client advisor, partnering with financial institutions across industries to identify, recruit and develop top executive and non-executive talent. Based in Dallas, Melissa works closely with regional and multinational industry leaders to provide market-leading insights and tailored leadership solutions.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Melissa spent her career at Goldman Sachs in New York, most recently as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division. In this role, she led execution teams for debt financings and restructurings for natural resources clients. Previously, Melissa was an Associate in the Office of the Chairman, where she developed and executed global strategic client initiatives for the firm’s executive officers and board of international advisors. Melissa began her career as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division.

Education & Affiliations

Melissa received her BS in finance, summa cum laude, from Louisiana State University and her MBA from Harvard Business School. She is also conversant in Spanish.
