Based in the New York office, Libby Naumes is a senior member of the firm's Consumer Activation and Growth Practice. Libby specializes in customer-centric, go-to-market leadership roles, such as chief digital officers, chief customer officers, chief experience officers, chief marketing officers, chief growth officers, chief commercial officers and more. She has expertise in advising high-growth consumer technology companies, as well as retailers and consumer facing businesses where digital transformation, technology enablement, rapidly evolving strategies and identifying transformational leadership solutions are key themes. Libby has recently led several high-profile search and advisory projects for a variety of Fortune 500 companies, private equity portfolio companies and founder-led companies, including board, CEO, COO, CMO, CDO and more.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Libby worked at NASDAQ OMX in their corporate solutions division, where she was the director of marketing & communications. In this role Libby managed and oversaw the marketing, public relations and communications strategy of this business unit, executing marketing and PR plans for internal and external product launches, development/design of collateral; implementing strategic sales campaigns; managing internal sales training and customer trainings; and developing all print, broadcast and social media outreach.
EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS
Libby received her BA in marketing from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and was a member of the women's varsity lacrosse team.
