Based in the New York office, Libby Naumes is a senior member of the firm’s Consumer Digital Practice. Libby specializes in digital commerce, digital technology and customer experience searches. She has expertise in advising high-growth consumer technology companies, as well as retailers and consumer facing businesses where digital transformation, technology enablement, rapidly evolving strategies and identifying transformational leadership solutions are key themes.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Libby worked at NASDAQ OMX in their Corporate Solutions Division, where she was the Director of Marketing & Communications. In this role Libby managed and oversaw the marketing, public relations and communications strategy of this business unit; executing marketing and PR plans for internal and external product launches, development/design of collateral, implemented strategic sales campaigns, managed internal sales training and customer trainings and developed all print, broadcast and social media outreach.

Libby received her BA in marketing from The Carroll School of Management at Boston College and was a member of the Women’s Varsity Lacrosse Team.
