Jacob is a member of the firm’s Leadership & Succession team and a core member of the Diversity & Inclusion Practice. He works closely with colleagues across the firm and with clients to design and implement industry-leading D&I advisory services, leadership succession assessments
Jacob joined Russell Reynolds Associates from the United Parcel Service in Atlanta, where he worked in employee relations. In this role, he focused on administering the global employee engagement survey and improving data reporting to leadership throughout the company. Jacob has also been published in a number of industry journals, mostly concerning leadership and behavior development.
Jacob holds a BA in psychology and sociology from Wake Forest University in North Carolina, and an MS and
