Henrik Ødegaard

Henrik Ødegaard is a member of the firm’s Consumer, Industrial and Sports Practice. Henrik works closely with both Nordic and International clients to tailor and refine leadership solutions that align with future organizational goals. Based in Oslo, he focuses on executive-level recruitment, assessment and advisory work.  

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates together with the entire Norwegian team in 2016, he worked as an analyst with another global executive search firm. In parallel to pursuing his business career, Henrik has been a professional ice hockey player in Norway and the US for 15 years: He was Norwegian Champion in 2019 and represented the Norwegian National Team in the Olympics in Sochi in 2014 and PyeongChang in 2018, as well as in six World Championships.
