Gaelle Petit-Perrin is a member of the firm’s Consumer Sector specializing in retail, consumer products and digital. She recruits CEOs and general managers in addition to functional executives with expertise in marketing, sales, merchandizing, e-commerce, operations and strategy. She is also a key member of the firm’s Digital Transformation Practice, helping companies find the leaders who can support them in their digital evolution. Gaelle is based in Paris.
Prior to joining the firm, Gaelle was in charge of Internet Marketing and Social Media within the digital strategy department of Yves Rocher, one of the leading French cosmetic brands. Her responsibilities included managing innovation and content on their websites in 20 countries as well as overseeing their social media program. She also advised country operations on digital best practices, with specific focus on China and Turkey. Prior to that, she spent six years with Daniel Jouvance, another cosmetic brand of the Yves Rocher group, first in charge of the European CRM program to recruit new clients and later as eBusiness Manager for Europe.
Gaelle received her M.A. in economics and management from ESSEC and also graduated from LVMH-ESSEC chair, a specialized track of teaching and research in luxury brand management. She is fluent in English and French.
