Prof. Dr. Edda Feisel is a member of the global Human Resources Practice. Edda leverages her experience in human resources and leadership development to conduct senior search and assessment projects across all industry sectors, focusing on the HR community in particular. She is based in Munich.
Edda has more than 15 years of experience in the private and public sector. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, she worked at the European Central Bank, where she led the talent and leadership development activities. Previously, Edda was the director of recruitment and talent management at the European Patent Office. Earlier, she spent four years with Airbus in France, working as head of ethics & compliance guidance and later as chief of staff in the corporate development department. Edda began her career in project management at Siemens, working in Germany and Singapore, and then spent time in executive education at the EBS University of Business and Law during her doctoral studies.
EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS
Edda holds an MBA from Humboldt University in Berlin, as well as a PhD in business administration from the EBS University of Business and Law in Germany. She speaks fluent German, English, French and Spanish. Edda is also an adjunct Professor of Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf.
