Diana Horn is a member of the firm's Leadership & Succession Practice. She is a business psychologist who advises leaders on strategic organizational topics such as culture, diversity and inclusion, leadership assessment, development and succession. Diana is a trusted client advisor, helping companies find and grow talent and develop organizations that are nimble, flexible and forward-looking. She is based in Copenhagen.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Diana worked in engagement assessment and development at YP.com in Los Angeles. Previously, she was a recruiter at Bazaarvoice, a publicly listed multinational SAAS company in London. Diana began her career as a business development leader and project manager of experiential marketing at Gant in Stockholm and Ralph Lauren in New York.

Diana holds BA degrees in architectural studies and international relations from Brown University, a postgraduate diploma in psychology from London Metropolitan University and an MSc in occupational psychology from Birkbeck College in London. She is a member of Rottneros Park's board, a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, a graduate member of the Division of Occupational Psychology, and a member of the Society for Business and Occupational Psychologists.
