Since 2019, Russell Reynolds has been a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact—the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. By putting our name on this mission, we pledge to embrace sustainability from an environmental, social and governance perspective across our strategy, policies and procedures.

We are proud of the progress we have made so far, but we recognize there is always more to be done. It is why we are working with a trusted consulting partner to benchmark, assess and develop a roadmap for change.
