HRE Online Cites Key Statistics From Board Gender Diversity Study

Human Resource Executive Online cites data from Russell Reynolds Associates’ study on gender diversity on European boards.
According to a 2010 report by executive search firm Russell Reynolds for the European Professional Women's Network, about 12 percent of the 4,875 directors at 334 European companies are women. In order to reach the 40-percent goal, about 1,300 additional female directors will be needed.
