Previous Experience

Terje has 25 years of executive recruiting experience. Before entering the executive search profession, He spent 15 years in a variety of positions in marketing, sales and general management. He has worked for Norwegian and international organizations, including Nestlé, Norsk Texaco Oil, Norden Insurance and PepsiCo, which had businesses in all five Nordic countries.

Education

Terje received his business degree from the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo and his M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.
