Symon Elliott

Symon Elliott leads the firm's operations in the United States.

He specializes in board assignments in international financial services. Symon has conducted CEO assignments, Board searches, succession planning and executive assessment projects for leading European and North American financial services groups.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2000 Symon was a consultant with a U.K. search firm specialising in financial services. Before starting his search career, he worked in retail banking and wealth management in the U.K. and Asia. He was Managing Director, Mutual Funds at Prudential, Head of Consumer Banking U.K. for AIB and worked with TSB in a number of senior marketing and development roles.

Education

Symon received his M.A. degree in politics, philosophy and economics from Keble College, Oxford University and his MSc from the London Business School.
