Patrick Johnson

Patrick Johnson serves as the Country Manager for the firm's United Kingdom office. He works on board level assignments in the public and voluntary sectors as well as conducting executive searches for strategy consultancy firms.

Previous Experience

Patrick has more than 20 years of executive search experience and joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2005. His recent U.K. and international search experience includes working at permanent Secretary and Director General level in the U.K. Civil Service, as well as leading a variety of Chief Executive, Chair and other Board roles in the Civil Service, the NHS, regulators and the voluntary sector. Patrick also leads partner-level assignments in professional services, with a particular interest in strategic consultancy.  He previously worked within PA Consulting Group's Human Resources Practice, and started his career with Arthur Andersen.

Additional Professional Activities

Patrick is Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Advocacy Project, a charity which helps adults with learning disabilities.

Education

Patrick has a degree in economics from Durham University.
