Lucia Ferreira

Lucia Ferreira specializes in the areas of global banking and markets, and private equity on a pan-European basis. Lucia returned to London in mid-2002 after seven years in Russell Reynolds Associates' Paris office, and she continues to be active in France as well as in the United Kingdom.

Previous Experience

Lucia has 18 years of executive recruiting experience and joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 1995. Prior to executive search, she was in the Corporate Finance Department of Smith, Barney, Harris Upham & Co., Inc., in New York and London, responsible for a wide range of activities, including the structuring, marketing and execution of mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings.

Education

Lucia received her A.B. in economics and political science from Yale University. Born in Brazil, she is fluent in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
