Hetty Pye

Hetty Pye leads the Industrial/Natural Resources sector in Europe. Hetty recruits across functions for senior executives working with quoted, private and private equity backed companies. She is based in London.

Recent Client Experience

Hetty's recent assignments include working with a global products and services business on succession planning for their senior executive group. This included the assessment of their high potential executives and helping add senior resource within their key growth markets. She has also recently worked with a FTSE 150 company to recruit their chairman and chief executive at a point of pivotal change for the group and industry.

Previous Experience

Hetty has more than 15 years of executive search and assessment experience. Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, she worked across the industrial and consumer markets sectors, specialising in board projects focused on the transfer of talent across sector/function/geography.

Education

Hetty received her M.A. in modern history from Brasenose College, Oxford University.
