Hazel Blaim focuses on assignments for professional services organisations in Europe. Based in Hamburg, she focuses primarily on partner and senior management positions for international tax, audit, consulting, and law firms. She also conducts financial officer searches in other industries.

Recent Client Experience

Hazel's recent experience within the professional services arena includes partner searches in international tax and audit for one of the "Big-Four" companies, a firm that has been a steady client for more than ten years. Her most recent assignments focused on recruiting partners for international law firms specializing in corporate and accounting law. Outside of professional services, Hazel has completed a number of CFO, tax, and audit searches for a leading international food/non-food retail company headquartered in Germany, and has conducted searches for corporate officers across a range of industries.

Previous Experience

Hazel has attained more than 20 years of executive search experience. She joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 1996. Before that she was responsible for all business activities at PMM Management Consultants, a division of KPMG Peat Marwick, in northern Germany.

Education

Hazel received her MBA (Diplom Kauffrau) from the University of Hamburg. She is fluent in German and English.
