Harald J. H. Collet

Harald J. H. Collet conducts senior-level executive and boardroom assignments for clients in financial services and general industries in the Nordic region.  Based in London, he has recruited CEOs, CFOs and functional area heads as well as non-executive board members for a range of prominent Scandinavian companies, including major offshore and shipping clients. He has also conducted board evaluation projects for large Nordic organisations.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1989, Harald worked in the investment and corporate banking industry for 15 years.  He was with Salomon Brothers International as Head of Nordic Corporate Finance. Previously, he was with Hambros Bank as Head of the International Division. Harald started his career at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co., working in New York, Oslo and London.

Additional Professional Activities

Harald is a retired Officer of the Reserves in the Royal Danish Guards.

Education

Harald studied at the St. Gall Business School, Switzerland and received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  He is fluent in Danish, English, German, Norwegian and Swedish.
