In her nine year tenure with the firm, Geraldine has led searches in a variety of sectors. She has extensive expertise in the human resources function across industries and she has also developed broad experience in the healthcare and consumer industries.  

Previous Experience

Geraldine joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2001 as a Research Associate supporting various sectors.  Previously, she was the Controller in the Consulting Division of Hewlett Packard.  Earlier, Geraldine worked in Corporate Finance at EDS. 

Education

Geraldine received her B.A. in business administration, with honors, from the ITESM University in Mexico and has completed additional studies in Strategic Management from the Universidad Iberoamericana.
