Georgia Stegmann

Georgia Stegmann brings 13 years of executive search experience working with leading clients across consumer markets. She is based in Munich.

Recent Client Experience

Georgia´s search experience spans c-suite and senior-level recruitment for clients within the MEC sector as well as those active in FMCG, fashion, sporting goods, mail order and retail. Her recent assignments in the consumer markets include several CEO searches for national and international clients, with a particular focus on the radio, telecommunications, online/digital and entertainment sectors. She has also worked for the largest manufacturer of sporting equipment by conducting a European Commercial search. Outside of the consumer markets, Georgia successfully completed the search for a senior sales operations role for the largest cable operators company in Germany.

Previous Experience

Georgia joined Russell Reynolds Associates after more than 6 years at a leading executive search boutique in Germany. Prior to that, she spent six years with another leading global executive search firm, where she was a member of the International Media and Entertainment practice. At that time, Georgia was also a member of the CFO practice. Georgia began her consulting career as a Strategy Consultant in a Management Consultancy firm in Germany, where she specialized in the healthcare market.

Education

Georgia received her Masters degree in economics from the University of Passau. She is fluent in German and English.
