Georgia Rankin

Georgia Rankin focuses on senior executive search assignments in global banking and markets, private equity, and alternative investing. Based in London, she has worked on a variety of local, cross-border and international assignments in the sector, including searches in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, private equity (for investors and investor relations/fundraisers), and debt investing.

Recent Client Experience

Georgia's recent assignments within the financial services sector include building the debt investment platform of a leading European private equity client; working with a European mid-cap investor to recruit a Principal for its investment team; recruiting the Heads of Loan Capital Markets and High Yield Capital Markets for a top-tier US investment banking client; and the Co-Head of Metals & Mining investment banking for a leading European investment bank.  She has also recently conducted executive assessments for a European banking client, and for a European asset manager. 

Previous Experience

Georgia has more than ten years of executive recruiting experience in the financial services sector and joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 1999.  Prior to this, she worked for an Internet-based marketing firm, and a market research company.

Education

Georgia received her B.A. in modern history from Oriel College, Oxford University.
