Eric Vautour
Eric co-leads the firm's operations in the Americas. He recruits leaders of national trade and professional associations, and heads of government affairs offices for all industries and issues. He also serves as a senior member of the firm's Government and Regulatory Affairs, and Trade and Professional Associations Practices.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1987, Eric served in various appointed positions in the federal government and on the White House Staff, most recently as Deputy Associate Director of Presidential Personnel. Prior to his White House experience, he served as Special Assistant to the Secretary of Education for Intergovernmental Affairs.
Additional Professional Activities
Eric is the past Chairman of the board of directors of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), the international association representing the search industry. Eric has also served on the boards of the Bryce Harlow Foundation and as its chair, and the American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL).
Education
Eric received his B.S. in business administration from the University of Vermont.
