Claudia Rathgeb works with leading organisations across the financial services spectrum. Leveraging her deep industry expertise, she works with clients to develop leadership solutions.

Claudia joins Russell Reynolds Associates from Capital International.  Amongst her responsibilities as Portfolio Manager and Financial Analyst, Claudia had investment and performance responsibility for a diversified portfolio and research responsibility for the European forestry, paper and packaging sectors.  Prior to this, Claudia was with DWS Investment for six years where she was responsible for the European small and mid-cap team and was a relationship manager for DWS' subsidiary DeAM Italy.

Claudia received her Diplom-Kaufmann (Master's in Business Studies equivalent) from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Koblenz, Germany, and her Master's in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy.  In addition to her native German, Claudia speaks English, French and Italian.
