Recent Client Experience

Camilla's recent experience within the technology sector includes placement of a Managing Director for a private equity owned hardware solutions company as well as a Vice President to a public quoted Danish International telecommunications company. In addition, Camilla has recently assisted a Nordic based software company with the recruitment of a Vice president for Research & Development and she has helped leading corporate IT services companies fill a number of both operational and commercial leadership roles. Other recent projects include placement of two Investment Directors to a Danish Venture Capital company and in the Industrial sector; two Chief Financial Officers.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Camilla was Sales Manager with Ricoh responsible for outsourcing of IT services. Before joining Ricoh, Camilla spent two years with the A. P. Moeller-Maersk Group as E-Sourcing/Sourcing Manager, and four years with IBM as Team Leader working with pipeline and opportunity management.

Education

Camilla received her M.Sc. in engineering from The Technical University of Denmark. She is fluent in Danish and English and conversant with the Scandinavian languages.
