Bobbie Lenga

Bobbie Lenga leads the firm’s Global Consumer Sector and conducts senior-level assignments for clients in retailing, fashion, apparel, manufacturing, consumer durables and luxury goods. In addition to her extensive work within CEO/Board Services, Bobbie has completed numerous president and top merchandising searches for world-class retail clients in the United States and for their overseas operations. She is based in Chicago.

Previous Experience

Bobbie has more than 12 years of executive search experience and joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 1996. Prior to her executive recruiting career, she had extensive experience in both apparel manufacturing and retailing. She was the Vice President of Sales at Caron Manufacturing, a middle-market dress manufacturer in Chicago and Head of North American Sales for Dash, a $500 million apparel manufacturer in Canada that produced and marketed mass, middle market and private label men’s and women’s outerwear. She was a Vice President/General Merchandising Manager with Charles A. Stevens, a 40-store, $400 million carriage trade women’s specialty store chain in Chicago owned by Hartmarx. She also held merchandising positions of increasing responsibility at the leading retailers, Carson, Pirie, Scott and Company, and Marshall Fields.
