Antje Roth

Antje Roth is a member of the global financial services practice specialising in asset & wealth management, alternatives and banking. She works with global market leaders, specialist boutiques and endowments/pension funds, and has executed assignments to place CEOs, Chief Investment Officers and Heads of Distribution as well as sales directors, investment managers, and risk executives. She has led assignments in the UK and across Europe, in particular in Switzerland, Germany and Scandinavia, and worked extensively on cross-border and global mandates.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Antje was with another leading executive search firm for five years, where she worked with clients in asset and wealth management as well as alternatives, and served as the Associate Practice Leader for European financial services. Antje’s early career was within A.T. Kearney’s financial services practice.

Education

Antje received her B.A. with first class honours from the University of Düsseldorf and her M.Sc. in international employment relations from the London School of Economics.
