Alberto Amaglio

Based in Milan, Alberto Amaglio works with clients from leading financial services companies to identify senior leadership solutions for their organisations.  Leveraging his extensive search experience and in-depth understanding of leadership roles, Alberto focuses on C-suite and board-level assignments for Italian and international clients. He leads the firm's Italian operations.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Alberto was a Senior Client Partner and Office Managing Director of a leading global executive search firm in Milan, and a Partner and Manager of the Rome office of another leading global executive search firm.

Before his career in executive search, Alberto was with McKinsey & Company, where he was an Engagement Manager in the financial practice.  Earlier in his career, he worked for Chase Manhattan Bank, where he was Vice President and Manager of Commercial Accounts within the Rome branch, and head of the Credit Department in Milan. 

Education

Alberto received his B.A. in political sciences from the University of Milan. He speaks fluent English and some French in addition to his native Italian.
