Adam Hale

Based in London, Adam conducts searches for CEOs, senior executives and board members in the areas of software, services, consulting and outsourcing. He has worked with many of the world's leading technology and investment businesses and has been directly involved in over 500 searches. He started and leads the firm's European Software Practice, and has been a member of the firm's Executive Committee.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1997, Adam spent 10 years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in London. He spent eight years working on major consulting projects for Financial Services clients. He was then a Director in the emerging Outsourcing business.

Additional Professional Activities

Adam is a committee member of the Technology Leadership Group (TLG) for the Prince’s Trust, the leading CSR initiative of the UK TMT industry. He was Chairman of the group from 2009 – 2011.

Education

Adam received his B.Sc. in computer science from the University of Bristol.
