Yves de Poucques

Yves de Poucques leads the firm's Brussels office. He conducts senior executive search assignments mainly in industrial goods, healthcare and professional services. He also handles executive assessments to help clients better evaluate existing management capabilities in very specific situations, such as leadership changes, mergers and acquisitions, organizational turnarounds or succession planning exercises. He is based in Brussels.

Previous Experience

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Yves spent five years with McKinsey & Company in Brussels, managing consulting projects on strategic, operational and organizational issues, with a strong focus on the latter (war for talent, performance management, post-merger integration, organizational turnarounds). Prior to this, he spent seven years with Dow Corning Corporation, the global leader in silicone chemistry, in various finance and manufacturing positions in Belgium and in the U.S.

Education

Yves received his commercial engineering degree from the Solvay Business School, University of Brussels, his postgraduate degree in management from the Vlerick School of Management, University of Ghent and Leuven, and his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. He is fluent in English, French and Dutch.
