Yuko Yasuda

Yuko Yasuda has extensive search and assessment experience, focusing on a range of senior assignments including CEO, President, and Country Manager positions for multinational companies. She covers a range of sectors including technology, healthcare and consumer as well as private equity. Yuko is the firm's Country Manager for Japan.

Recent Client Experience

Yuko's recent assignments within the technology sector include CEO and Country Manager roles for leading multinational technology companies and smaller-medium level venture companies. She has a wide range of experience in the placement of established executives within public companies to help turn around business. Outside of the technology industry, Yuko works closely with multinational healthcare companies, leading Japanese consumer companies and other growing organizations.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1993, Yuko spent several years with Booz Allen & Hamilton, based in both the New York and Tokyo offices. Earlier, she was with IBM Japan as a Systems Engineer.

Education

Yuko received her B.A. in International Relations from Hitotsubashi University and her M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is fluent in English and Japanese.
