Todd Drometer

Previous Experience

Todd has more than 22 years of consulting experience within the healthcare industry, primarily working with academic and community-based hospital systems, multi-specialty physician groups, and payer organizations. He joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2007 from Integro Insurance Brokers, a global risk and insurance services firm, where he was a Managing Principal within the Healthcare Industry Practice. Prior to Integro, Todd was a Managing Director at Marsh, the world's leading insurance services firm, where he served as the Northeast Healthcare Industry Practice Leader, responsible for overall strategic direction and growth of the practice. Earlier, Todd spent 12 years working for Arthur Andersen's Healthcare Business Consulting Practice providing strategic, operational, organizational and information systems consulting services. Todd began his career at Arthur Andersen within their Financial Audit Group.

Education

Todd received his B.A. in economics from Hamilton College and an M.S. in accounting from The Barney School of Business, University of Hartford. (CPA, Inactive).
