Based in Chicago, Thomas Linquist works with clients within the industrial/natural resources sector with particular focus on the energy, capital equipment, transportation and infrastructure markets.

Tom has almost 20 years of industry and consulting experience. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, he was with another leading executive search firm. Before his career in executive search, he was a Senior Manager in Energy and Utilities at Accenture and Vice President of Finance at Peoples Energy Corporation, where he led corporate treasury as well as the Project and Structured Finance unit. Prior to that, Tom was Vice President, Power and Infrastructure Group at ABN AMRO Bank and District Engineer, Mid-Continent Region for Shell Oil Company.

Tom received his B.S. in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
