Suzanne Morrison

Suzanne is a member of the Non-Profit sector, with a background in financial services. She has worked on a range of senior executive roles in financial services, particularly in risk, compliance, legal, policy and in regulation, as well as in non-profit and healthcare. She recently placed the CEO of an African Development Organisation and is currently working with a UK regulator to place a Senior Advisor. Current work includes advising a UK based International Healthcare Organisation as they seek their new CEO.

She is a member of the Russell Reynolds Global Digital Practice and the Global Diversity Practice. She is based in the London office.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Suzanne worked for another leading executive search firm, where she focused on investment banking and life sciences. Before her career in Executive Search, Suzanne spent six years in the financial services industry, latterly as an Equity Derivatives Trader and in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs. Earlier, she worked in Derivatives Risk Management, both at Mako Global Derivatives (in London and Sydney) and at Enron.

Education

Suzanne received her B.A. in Natural Sciences (Physiology) from Cambridge University, and is a C.F.A. Charterholder.
